Crownsaver Warranty

SaverSystems warrants CrownSaver repair coating against cracks caused by shrinkage of material for a period of ten years. This warranty is in effect if the product is professionally applied to a residential chimney according to printed label directions. This warranty does not cover inproper mixing, incorrect application, or other factor sbeyond the manufacturer's control. If CrownSaver fails to perform as specified above, the purchaser must give prompt written notice of the defect to the professional from whom the product was purchased. Upon approval, SaverSystems will furnish, without charge, enough CrownSaver repair coating to correct the condition as the sole remedy.

This warranty does not include labor or cost of labor for the application of CrownSaver. SaverSystems shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of this warranty and fitness for use. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
