In the mid eighties, SaverSystems began manufacturing dampproofing and restoration products for masonry chimneys under the ChimneySaver brand name. After thousands of warranted applications, SaverSystems' water repellents became the number one choice for protecting masonry chimneys from leaks and water damage.

Then water based siloxane water repellents for above grade concrete and masonry were developed to service the architectural/construction market. The products were formulated to protect a variety of residential and commercial exterior masonry applications including patios, walkways, pool decks and wall systems.

Growing demand for a high performance water based wood finish to protect decks, log homes, fences, and a variety of exterior wood applications lead to the development of several wood finish lines. With the addition of cleaners and finishes for wood, SaverSystems is now able to offer consumers a complete line of water repellents and restoration products to protect and preserve most exterior surfaces, including concrete, masonry, wood and roofs.
